FIRE STATION VERSCIACO

VERSCIACO | ITALY

Fire Station Vierschach, located at 1,130 metres above sea level in the Hochpustertal valley, functions as both a fire brigade garage and a community event hall. Designed by Pedevilla Architects, the compact concrete structure features red architectural accents that signal its civic function.

Inside, surfaces of local pine wood and loden upholstery evoke warmth, material honesty and regional identity. An internal stairway connects the entrance level with the vehicle bays below, ensuring functional clarity and spatial flow.
